Pixie snapped this photo of the first ever Vacuum gig. Mace guest sang Ziggy Stardust. Gardner was already the bassist but we had not yet grabbed Frank to play drums. We had a drum machine. Pixie gave me this photo in a card that read "In search of Dita Beard?" because we played Trivial Pursuit at this time and that was the answer to a trivia question. We all thought Dita Beard was an incredible name. "Who the Fuck is Dita Beard?" We also played "Water" (original) and did an impromptu a cappella "Capital I" from Sesame Street. One person hated us but it was a yuge success otherwise.
